With knowing the business you are in, I am just curious

You say:

Almost 100% of the people who call us need our help. We need help getting them to make the decision to hire us instead of the other guy. We need specific help in dealing with objections, specifically price related ones.

If you get 100 calls where they need you 100%, how many of those calls:

1) You get the business
2) You do not get the business, but do not know why
3) You do not get the business, but it is based on price

On 3, is your price 10%, 20% more.

Do you believe on two, that there is a large percentage not using you because of the price?

I am not in sales at all, but deal with it at times.

VTUD gave good advice since he was in the field. I am just interested in the numbers since basically your trying to get a certain market share at a higher price.

FYI, with I knowing your business I could see maybe paying a 10% premium, but you would be hard press to really get me to go 20%.
